Delete Your SafeMama Account
You can request deletion of your SafeMama account and associated personal data. Review the notes below before submitting a request.
Before you delete
- Export any scan history or pregnancy data you want to keep.
- Cancel active App Store or Google Play subscriptions through the store where you purchased them.
- Contact support first if you are deleting because of a technical issue.
What happens after deletion
Account access is removed and personal app data is deleted from active systems. Some billing or transaction records may be retained where required by law or by app-store policies.
Request deletion
Email contact@safemama.co from the address linked to your SafeMama account with the subject line "Delete SafeMama Account". We will process the request after confirming account ownership.
Frequently asked questions
Does deleting my SafeMama account cancel my subscription?
Not automatically. Cancel any active subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play account where the purchase was made.
Can deleted account data be restored?
Deletion removes account access and personal app data from active systems. Contact support before requesting deletion if you want help exporting or preserving information.
